The plain-language rules for Media Babe sessions, UGC, photography, video, artwork, and beauty support.
Start with the request
Sending the form and paying a retainer does not automatically confirm the date. Kayla still reviews the idea, timing, location, deliverables, and content use. The job is confirmed only after Kayla approves the request in writing.
Know what the price covers
The prices on the site are starting points. Travel, parking, rush work, extra time, extra people, special equipment, raw footage, paid-ad use, or added deliverables can change the total. Any change will be shown before payment.
Come ready
Please bring the products, wardrobe, talking points, brand instructions, access, and references needed for the shoot. Missing items or late changes may affect what can be completed and when it can be delivered.
Edits and new ideas
The approved package includes one reasonable correction round unless the written plan says otherwise. A new concept, reshoot, platform, format, or campaign is new work and may need a new price.
Who owns the work
Kayla keeps ownership of the original photos, video, edits, graphics, cover art, templates, project files, and unused takes unless a separate written agreement transfers ownership. Paying for a session does not automatically include raw or working files.
Where you can use it
The written plan will say where and how the finished content can be used. Personal posts, brand pages, websites, paid ads, whitelisting, packaging, resale, and use by another company are not all the same. Ask before using the work outside the agreed campaign or platforms.
Brands, music, and claims
Only send products, logos, music, scripts, and other materials you have permission to use. The client and publishing brand are responsible for truthful claims and for disclosing paid, gifted, affiliate, or free-product relationships when required.
People and places
By signing, you allow Kayla to record you for the approved project. Other adults who are intentionally featured must agree for themselves, and a parent or guardian must approve a minor. The client is responsible for permission to shoot at private locations and for sharing any venue rules in advance.
Portfolio privacy
You choose whether Kayla may show the finished work after you post it, must ask each time, or must keep the project private. Raw footage is not included unless it is listed in the written plan.
Safety, delivery, and agreement
Kayla may pause or end a shoot if the setting becomes unsafe, illegal, or harmful to people or equipment. Download and back up delivered files; long-term storage is not guaranteed. Typing your name records your agreement to this version of the terms. Georgia law applies.
What your signature saves
Your name, the time you agreed, this terms version, the project request, where the content will be used, location permission, your portfolio choice, and whether you asked for raw footage.
